SPEC. JAW ORTHOPEDICS - FOUNDER AND OWNERDr Jadran Stojadinović
Dr Jadran is dentist, orthodontic specialist and genaral menager of the clinic. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in Belgrade in 2002 with an average mark 9.17 and also as one of the best students. He is the recipient of a scholarship from the Kingdom of Norway. He started his career doing general dental practice in the private practice Dentalux in Slavija. He attended numerous courses and congresses. In 2010, he completed his specialization in orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry in Belgrade. In 2013, he founded the private dental practice Adriadent. He combines his wide range experience in general dentistry and prosthetics with orthodontics, which he specializes in. He also employed other dentists and assistants forming his professional team. Since 2022, he has been working specialist interventions in the field of orthodontics with an emphasis on fixed self-ligating orthodontic appliances. He is a member of the Orthodontic Association of Serbia and the Dental Chamber. He is a great lover of nature, and his hobbies are reading, spending time in nature, skiing and diving.
GENERAL DENTISTDr Đorđe Radumilo
He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Belgrade in 2015 with an average grade of 8.48. Since 2016, he has been part of the professional team of the Adriadent clinic, profiling himself as a general dentist. In 2020, he is attending a course in the field of application of hyaluronic fillers. Today, it mainly provides general dentistry, prosthetics and antiaging services. He is very musical and is a member of the Obilic choir, and his hobby is decorating the interior with flower decorations.

Dr. Peđa graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in 2018. Since 2020, he has been part of the professional team of Adriadent, profiling himself as a general dentist with an emphasis on oral surgery and prosthetics. He does fitness in his spare time.

ORTHODONTICS
Orthodontics is a specialist area of dentistry that deals with monitoring the growth and development of children, diagnosing teeth, bite and facia anomalies as well as treating them. It is a very complex area that can only be dealt with by a dentist who is a professional specialist. Therapy is carried out with the help of special devices, i.e. appliance or as it is usually mistakenly called a prosthesis. Prostheses are devices that compensate for something that has been lost, and here we are actually dealing with devices for the correction of already existing structures.
Why is this important?
- The correct position of the teeth and jaws is desirable so that they can properly perform their function of chewing, swallowing, speaking and breathing. As a result of these irregularities, there may be inadequate biting off and chewing of food, then inadequate pronunciation of some voices, and problems with swallowing and breathing may also occur.
- In addition, the correct position of these structures enables a harmonious and acceptable appearance of the face.
- Maintaining oral hygiene is also difficult for people who have orthodontic anomalies!
- All dental interventions that would be necessary to carry out have been made more difficult.
Correcting these anomalies is a long process that takes time and is worth every effort. It can last for several years. Therefore, it is necessary that there is a good cooperation between the patient (parents in the case of children) and the therapist. The first step is the observation of anomalies in children by parents, children's dentists or orthodontists. With a specialist examination, we diagnose and classify the regularity and create a therapy plan. Sometimes the therapy goes in several stages. We divide all our patients into two groups: those who are still growing (children) and those who have completed their growth (adults). The therapeutic approach is different for these two groups. Each irregularity is a case in itself and each patient reacts differently. There are no strict rules, the plan is set exclusively by the therapist, and of course the patient has the right to agree or not to agree to the proposed therapy. Dental clinic Adriadent was founded in 2013. The founder is Dr. Jadran Stojadinović, who has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. It is located in the center of Zemun near the Zemun Hospital at Bežanijska 48 (corner of Ugrinovacka and Bežanijska). Today, the clinic includes 3 dental offices equipped according to the latest standards, as well as a large waiting room with a reception desk and sound system.
